Official Rules

This Contest is sponsored by Maple Leaf Market (“Maple Leaf Market”)

PURCHASE IS NOT NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Maple Leaf Market is sponsoring a contest for the most creative Facebook post describing a participant’s favorite TS Grab-and-Go dish and why it is his or her favorite. The Contest will be a weekly contest beginning February 18, 2020 and end 11:59pm EST on Monday March 16 (with the final winners being announced Tuesday, March 17 (the “Contest Times”).

1. 1. Eligibility.   Participation is open only to adults who are at least 18 years old as of date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. While anyone can post a comment to enter the contest, only Participants who are TS Rewards members and present their TS Rewards card can receive the prize(s) awarded during this Contest. TS Rewards Cards are FREE. Individuals with proper identification and who are at least 18 years of age may obtain a Rewards Card by visiting the Rewards Desk at Turning Stone, YBR Casino, or Point Place Casino, (open Sunday- Thursday8am-Midnight and Fridays and Saturdays 8am-2am), or any PlayOn location (open daily 7am -10pm). Employees, officers and directors of Maple Leaf Market and its parent organizations, affiliates and sponsors, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband/wife, son/daughter), are not eligible to enter the Contest.

2. 2. How to Enter.    Participants enter by Liking Maple Leaf Market Facebook page and submitting an entry during the Contest Times in response to the Maple Leaf Market contest announcement on the Facebook post describing his or her favorite TS Grab-and Go dish and why it is his or her favorite. The submission must be original (not copied or plagiarized) to be eligible for a prize. During each week of the Contest, entries may be submitted on the Tuesday upon Maple Leaf Market posting the weekly Contest announcement on Facebook during the Contest Times up through 11:59pm the following Monday during the Contest Times. No limits on the number of entries for the Contest. By submitting an entry into this Contest, each participant represents, and agrees, that his or her submission is original and that rights to the submission, including ownership and copyright, will be owned by Maple Leaf Market and may be used for publicity and advertisement purposes.

3. 3. Prize(s).   There will be a total of 28 prizes available for the Contest, each valued at $15.00 and consisting of one TS Grab-and-Go main dish, one TS Grab-and-Go side dish and the winner’s choice of a fountain drink or coffee, from participating Maple Leaf Market or Maple Leaf Market stores. Up to seven prizes will be awarded weekly during the Contest Times. The value of the prize will be loaded onto the winners’ TS Rewards Card. All prizes awarded during this Contest are non-negotiable and non-transferrable.

4. 4. Winning a Prize.    Each Tuesday during the Contest Times, Maple Leaf Market will select the seven best winning posts or submissions based on creativity and originality. There can be up to a total of 28 winners for the entire Contest. The weekly winners will be announced in a comment to the Facebook post and the winner(s) will also receive a direct message from Maple Leaf Market through Facebook. Each winner will be asked for his or her TS Rewards number when they receive their direct message. By entering the Contest, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Maple Leaf Market, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

5. 5. Claiming Prize(s).    In order to claim a prize, a winner will have 48 hours to respond to Maple Leaf Market as instructed in the direct message received and provide the information requested by Maple Leaf Market to verify the winner, including, without limitation, the winner’s TS Rewards card number. The dollar value of the prize will be added to their TS Rewards Card within 24 hours of Maple Leaf Market receiving their information. Any unclaimed prizes after 48 hours of notification are forfeited. Participants receiving prizes must use such prizes within 90 days of receipt and in accordance with any other applicable terms and conditions regarding such prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Maple Leaf Market reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner(s) will be required to fill out a Form 1099 and other forms requested as a condition to receiving or accessing a prize.

6. 6. Release.   Maple Leaf Market and its parent organizations and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury or other harm related to or resulting from participating in this Contest, claiming or using any prize(s). By entering this Contest, each participant and winner releases and holds Maple Leaf Market and Facebook and their respective parent organizations, affiliates and sponsors, and each of their respective representatives, officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any kind in connection with the Contest (including without limitation as a result of the acceptance, use of or inability to use any prize). Maple Leaf Market is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Contest.

7. 7. Voluntary Participation.   Participation is voluntary. By participating in this Contest and accepting any prize, each participant grants Maple Leaf Market, or its designee, permission to use his/her name, picture/likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, voice recording and any statements made by such participant regarding the Contest or its business operations for promotional or publicity purposes without notice, further permission or compensation.

8. 8. Right to Cancel; Disqualification.   Maple Leaf Market reserves the right to cancel this Contest at any time. Participants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere or tamper with this Contest in any way, will be disqualified. Interference with this Contest includes the posting of any materials that are deemed inappropriate by Maple Leaf Market. Inappropriate posts will be removed and the entry will be disqualified from the contest. Maple Leaf Market may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Maple Leaf Market representatives.

9. 9. Sponsor.   Maple Leaf Market is a store brand of SavOn, LLC, which is a governmental instrumentality organized by, and existing under the laws of, the Oneida Indian Nation, a sovereign Indian nation, with an address at 5218 Patrick Road, Verona, New York 13478. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
